Dear Rotarians and Partners in Service,

I am deeply honored and humbled to stand before you today as the newly inducted President of our esteemed Rotary Club of Makati West. I want to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude for your trust and confidence in me to lead this incredible organization in the Rotary Year 2024-2025.

I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to our Immediate Past President, Dax Carlos, for his phenomenal leadership in the past year. IPP Dax’s dedication and passion have led us to achieve remarkable milestones, and I am truly inspired by his commitment to service.

Under IPP Dax’s guidance, we have made a significant impact on our community and beyond. We have touched the lives of countless individuals through our various programs and initiatives.

• We have given the Gift of Life to 2,826 individuals, providing heart surgeries and medical assistance to those in need.
• We have restored the Gift of Sight to 187 people, enabling them to see the world with renewed hope.
• We have given the Gift of Hope to 27 schools, empowering young minds and shaping a brighter future.
• We have provided the Gift of Mobility to 105 individuals, granting them newfound freedom and independence.
• We have screened 1,133 women for breast and cervical cancer, promoting early detection and saving lives.
• We have repainted 50 Gawad Kalinga Village houses, creating a more vibrant and welcoming environment.
• We have helped 4,500 farmers and 60,000 families through our partnership with Rural Rising Philippines, ensuring food security and sustainable livelihoods.
• We have united 5 couples in holy matrimony through our mass wedding, celebrating love and commitment.

These are just a few of the many accomplishments we have achieved together under IPP Dax’s leadership. His vision and tireless efforts have truly made a difference in our community and the world.

As we embark on this new Rotary Year, I am filled with excitement and optimism for the future. Building upon the strong foundation laid by IPP Dax, we will continue to strive for excellence in service. We will focus on strengthening our existing programs, exploring new avenues for impact, and fostering deeper connections within our club and the wider community.
